Take a bowl. Add

Half tablespoon of garlic paste

1 tablespoon of honey

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Take a glass. Take some hot water into that. Add 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon powder and one tablespoon of honey. Mix it well.

Take a ball.

Add some water and allow it to boil for five minutes

Then add fresh Tulsi leaves to it.

Half tablespoon of Pepper

1 tablespoon of Jaggery and some ginger to it

Allow the water to boil for 10 minutes

Now filter this into a bowl


Tulsi Kashayam is ready

You can take it one to two times a day to get better relief.
